We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finish/Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the Initial framing and finishing touches on various building projects, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise in rough and trim carpentry will be essential to delivering top-quality craftsmanship on time and within safety standards. Duties

Execute precise framing of structures using hand tools, power tools, and schematics to meet project specifications
Install finish cabinetry and trim molding components with attention to detail
Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide framing, masonry, and restoration work
Manage construction site activities efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards

Skills

Extensive experience in finish carpentry and rough framing techniques
Skilled in trim carpentry, framing and drywall installation
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately
Familiarity with construction management principles and site safety regulations
Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
Experience with restoration projects or remodeling is a must for versatile project support
