Architectural Junior Project Manager (5–10 Years Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Junior Project Manager with 8–15 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a design professional ready to take on greater responsibility in project management, team coordination, and the successful delivery of projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in managing multiple projects through all phases of design and construction

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment

· Support preparation of design drawings, construction documents, and specifications

· Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

· Participate in client meetings, presentations, and coordination calls

· Review drawings for quality control, code compliance, and constructability

· Collaborate with senior project managers to resolve design and construction challenges

· Assist with permitting processes and respond to agency comments

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

· 8–15 years of professional experience in architecture

· Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project delivery

· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Enscape (preferred)

· Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, civil, etc.)

· Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Licensure or working toward licensure is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

· Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure

· Experience in commercial, mixed-use, maritime or multi-family projects,

· Familiarity with South Florida codes and permitting processes
