Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Project coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of project management are executed efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of residential solar/battery processes and project coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Utilize project management software such as solargraf for scheduling and tracking project progress.
Collaborate with building departments, internal operations, product distributor, contractors, customers to obtain project plans, permits, order material, coordinate installation dates/times and collect funds.
Conduct product layout to ensure the viability of project from a contractual perspective exam: labor warranty and production of annual kwh that have been made in the home improvement agreeement.
Monitor project schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Communicate any changes to the sales team and follow-up to ensure completed
Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.

Requirements

Proven experience in project coordination within the residential construction sector.
Proficiency in project scheduling with solar graf or similar software aurora etc
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Familiarity with contract management and compliance in construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret schematics related to residential solar/battery construction
