Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager Construction (NYC)-Residential Apt buildings -for projects over 30 million to lead and oversee all aspects of multiple Large Residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management experience, and a comprehensive understanding of project planning, execution, and quality assurance. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing construction teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
Supervise construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Conduct quality control inspections and quality assurance reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Coordinate with HPD on Affordable housing Projects
Monitor progress regularly, addressing any issues or delays proactively to keep projects on track.
Implement and maintain rigorous safety standards across all construction sites.
Manage project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainable building practices where applicable.
SCHEDULING RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, conduct and facilitate weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate and execute project schedule and specific trades
Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
Keep management informed on progress for project and budget through regularly scheduled Operations Review Meetings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management, particularly within Residential Apartments Bldg projects.
Strong background in construction estimating, quality control, and construction inspection processes.
Demonstrated expertise in project management with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of construction site experience, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and execution phases.
NYC DOB Construction Superintendent License Preferred
NYC DOB SST Supervisor Card (62 hrs of training) required
Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are preferred. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
