Position Overview:
Blue Collar Scholars is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end residential remodeling projects in the Bethesda, MD area. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing luxury residential renovations, subcontractors, timelines, budgets, and client communication from start to finish. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership ability, and a proactive mindset to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of assigned projects.
Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure work meets company standards and project deadlines.
Track project budgets, expenses, and materials to ensure cost efficiency.
Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment needs.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Communicate project updates to management and clients.
Anticipate and resolve issues that may impact project schedules or performance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of field staff as needed.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential construction project management
Experience managing high-end / luxury residential remodeling projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client expectations
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of construction processes, permitting, and inspections preferred
Experience with CRM/project management systems is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
