VS Construction Corp. is a growing luxury residential construction company specializing in high-end custom homes and large-scale renovations throughout Greater Boston. We are seeking a Construction Operations & Project Manager to help oversee projects, coordinate teams, and ensure our builds run smoothly from pre-construction through completion.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, experienced in residential construction, and excited to grow with a company focused on craftsmanship, systems, and long-term development.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

Manage multiple residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Track project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work

Operations & Coordination

Oversee project scheduling and subcontractor coordination
Manage communication between office and field teams
Track project budgets, change orders, and cost updates
Maintain documentation and project records

Client Communication

Provide updates to homeowners and stakeholders
Coordinate meetings and walkthroughs
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Systems & Process

Use Buildertrend to manage project communication and documentation
Ensure internal processes and project workflows are followed
Identify areas to improve efficiency and organization

Qualifications

3–10+ years experience in residential construction
Experience managing construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing
Ability to read architectural plans
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience with Buildertrend or similar software preferred
Highly organized and detail oriented

Bonus Experience

High-end residential construction
Estimating or budgeting
Preconstruction planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
