PROJECT MANAGER - HVAC COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

SALARY: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 BASE SALARY PLUS Bonuses, Profit Sharing, Full Benefits and COMPANY CAR.

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager specializing in HVAC commercial construction to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of complex HVAC projects within commercial settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and project management capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Team Leadership and Coordination

Quality and Safety Oversight

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management with a focus on HVAC systems within commercial environments; minimum of 5 years preferred.
2 years Project Management Experience
Leadership
Strong undrestanding of Commercial HVAC Systems
Strong Communication and Negotiating Skills
