Spear D Construction is hiring a results-driven Project Manager to take full ownership of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

This is not a coordinator role—we’re looking for someone who can lead projects, make decisions, and keep jobs moving without constant oversight.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
Build and maintain schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts
Manage subcontractor scopes, performance, and accountability
Lead weekly project meetings and client communication
Track job costs and proactively address risks and budget impacts
Manage billing, pay applications, and financial performance
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards
Drive project closeout including as-builts, warranties, and documentation

Qualifications

1 - 3 years as a Project Manager in construction
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of plans, specs, and construction processes
Proven experience with contracts, subcontract scopes, and cost control
Ability to hold subcontractors and teams accountable
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proactive communicator who identifies and solves problems early

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
