Position Overview:

The Project Manager position with Phillips Draperies is responsible for ensuring all aspects of the project run smoothly, on time, and according to budget. They have a thorough understanding of architectural plans and are highly detailed and organized. They are excellent communicators, working with all teams involved to meet or exceed the client’s expectations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· Understands customer requirements based on architectural blueprints and specifications

· Estimates costs of material, hardware, installation, expenses and logistics

· Prepares bids for our clients

· Maintains detailed and organized records of bid documents and correspondence

· Manages change orders and updates quotes

· Visits project sites

· Works with customers, subcontractors and suppliers

· Coordinates with architects, designers, general contractors, and installation teams for seamless project execution

· Measures for and order material

· Orders products for project in a timely manner to be installed and completed within project timeline

· Submits measure and installation requests, providing all necessary paperwork, floor plans, notes, etc.

· Works with installation team to have material installed correctly

· Ensures installations meet company standards and client expectations

· Follows the project to completion of installation and client acceptance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Working Conditions

· Mostly works in office environment / controlled atmosphere

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
