Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in the Studio City CA, Area. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, optimize organizational processes, and manage resources effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, maintaining quality control, and creating operational strategies to support organizational goals. The Operations Manager will also lead initiatives to improve efficiency and provide regular performance updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate workflows, and allocate resources effectively
Proficiency in operational strategy development, problem-solving, and process improvement
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Experience in event management, music, marketing, or entertainment industries is a plus
Operations, or a related field preferred, ideally Ops in Entertainment industry / mid sized company
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
