Kessick is a family-owned manufacturer of custom wine cabinetry and wine storage systems, serving a nationwide network of dealers and design professionals. We build precision-crafted products, and the systems behind the scenes are held to that same standard.

We are hiring a Project and Logistics Coordinator to play a central role in our daily operations. This is a hands-on, detail-driven position for someone who thrives on managing multiple moving pieces at once and takes pride in getting things right. It is not a fit for everyone, but for the right person, it is highly rewarding work at the core of how our business runs.

What you will do

Coordinate freight and small-package shipping
Manage end-to-end order processing, including documentation and internal coordination
Track projects and maintain accurate updates in our project management system
Handle phone and front-office communication with dealers and vendors
Enter invoices and support basic billing processes
Provide general administrative support across departments

What success looks like

Orders move through the system smoothly, accurately, and on time
Shipments are coordinated proactively and without issues
Project information is current, reliable, and easy for others to access
Internal teams and external partners trust your follow-through
Details are handled correctly the first time

What we are looking for

Experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role
Strong attention to detail with a track record of accuracy
Ability to manage shipping, invoicing, and project workflows at the same time
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with project management software
A steady, calm approach when priorities compete
