Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Project Manager to lead and oversee mitigation and restoration projects from initial assessment to final completion. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep mitigation experience, proven leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities

· Lead all phases of restoration and mitigation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and continuous client communication.

· Manage and motivate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently.

· Serve as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams — ensuring clarity, accountability, and professionalism at every step.

· Oversee compliance with all safety regulations, IICRC standards, and quality standards.

· Track project progress using project management and documentation software; prepare detailed job reports and cost analyses.

· Solve problems in real time, balancing competing priorities and maintaining composure in high-stress situations.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with construction division, estimating, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications

· 5 years in mitigation or restoration experience, and 2 years management.

· Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal.

· Strong leadership and people management abilities.

· Advanced computer literacy, including experience with project management, and scheduling.

· Solid understanding of residential and commercial restorative processes, including but not limited to, water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and storm damage.

· Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in time-sensitive environments.

· A valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in full service mitigation and restoration fields.

· Experience in scheduling, customer relations, and material ordering.
