Role Description

This role is for a Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator responsible for supporting daily logistics and supply chain operations through coordination, tracking, and basic administrative support. In this position, you will assist with organizing shipments, updating records, and communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will help track orders, shipments, and delivery status, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. You will support basic logistics documentation, follow up on schedules, and help resolve simple issues related to delays or order updates.

The role involves regular communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to confirm shipment details and provide status updates. You will also assist with organizing logistics data, maintaining records, and supporting reporting activities.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and basic coordination skills are essential. This role focuses more on execution, follow-up, and communication rather than complex supply chain planning or advanced technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily logistics and supply chain coordination activities
Track shipments, orders, and delivery status
Update logistics records, spreadsheets, or internal systems
Follow up on schedules, confirmations, and basic documentation
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
Assist with resolving simple delivery or scheduling issues
Maintain organized records and files
Support basic reporting and tracking tasks
Follow standard procedures and instructions

Qualifications

Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage routine tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working with spreadsheets or basic systems
Willingness to learn logistics and supply chain processes
Reliable, responsible, and well-organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in coordination, administration, or operations is a plus
Educational background in any field is acceptable
