Overview
We are seeking motivated Residential Remodeling Technicians at multiple experience levels to support our growing renovation pipeline. These roles are hands-on and field-based, supporting kitchen and bathroom renovations in occupied homes. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and take pride in quality workmanship.

We are hiring across three clearly defined levels, with structured pay bands and advancement opportunities.

Technician Assistants (Helper) - $20-$29/hr

Technicians - $30-$39/hr

Lead Technicians - $40-$50/hr

Placement is based on experience, demonstrated skill, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Jobsite Execution & Support

Perform installation, repair, and renovation tasks on residential projects
Assist with demolition, preparation, and installation phases
Support framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and finish work
Set up and break down job sites, including protection and containment

Tools, Materials & Logistics

Safely operate hand and power tools appropriate to role level
Load, unload, and stage materials and tools
Pick up materials, tools, and supplies from vendors as needed
Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites throughout project duration

Craftsmanship & Quality

Follow plans, specifications, and direction from Lead Technicians and Field Supervisor
Perform work to M3 quality standards appropriate to role level
Assist with trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and custom finishes as skills allow

Safety & Professionalism

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Work professionally in clients’ homes
Communicate clearly with team members on-site
Assist with demolition, preparation, and installation phases
Support framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and finish work
Set up and break down job sites, including protection and containment

Qualifications

Prior residential remodeling or construction experience preferred (required for Technician and Lead Technician roles)
Familiarity with common construction tools and materials
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Willingness to learn and take direction
Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license required
Trade skills such as tile, flooring, carpentry, or finish work are a plus but not required as Technician Assistant role

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40.0 per week
