Job Title: Junior Estimator
Location: Greer, SC
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our team in Greer, SC. This role will support the estimating team by preparing project cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, and assisting with bid preparation for utility construction projects. Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing cost estimates for utility construction projects
Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and vendors to gather pricing information
Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project data
Support the estimating team during the bidding process and project handoff

Qualifications

1–3 years of estimating, construction, or project support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is a plus
Experience in electric, gas, or water utility construction is strongly preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
