Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to lead commercial construction project estimation and oversee project execution from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership skills, ensuring accurate cost projections, effective project coordination, and successful delivery of construction projects. Duties

Prepare detailed construction estimates using industry-standard software such as Measure and Bluebeam, ensuring accuracy in pricing and cost control.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to negotiate contracts, pricing, and scope of work to optimize project outcomes.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets that align with client expectations and company standards.
Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines.
Manage all aspects of project management including resource allocation, progress tracking, and change order processing.
Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle to maintain budget integrity while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Coordinate with design teams and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track for successful completion.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction estimating combined with strong project management skills.
Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for document review and markup; experience with Measure Square or similar estimating software is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of construction estimating processes, cost control measures, and pricing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Hands-on construction site experience that provides insight into field operations and safety protocols.
Knowledge of construction management practices, including scheduling, quality assurance, and contract administration.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate among teams and stakeholders clearly and confidently.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
