Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. This position is essential to our operations, providing support in various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our projects. Ideal candidates will be reliable, physically fit, and ready to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring all materials and equipment are properly organized.
Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as required by project demands.
