Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Architectural Woodworking team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to read architectural drawings, and the capability to assist with managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role supports Project Managers in coordinating project activities from kickoff through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Project Management team
Assist Project Managers with job organization, scheduling, and follow-up
Prepare submittals, approvals, RFIs, and change orders
Review construction plans, specifications, and project scopes
Maintain and manage project documentation in ERP software
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients
Track project schedules and deadlines
Assist with project closeout documentation

Requirements / Must-Have Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in architectural woodworking
AutoCAD experience
ERP software experience
Construction or millwork industry experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
