Construction General Laborer

SMC Concrete and Construction is seeking Construction General Laborers to join our team! If you have experience in construction, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality, we want you to be part of our growing, family-owned business.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, metal building erection and assisting with concrete work.
Safely operate hand tools and power equipment to support skilled tradespeople.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with the setup, teardown, and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
Follow blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency on-site.
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and goals.

Requirements:

Previous construction or general labor experience required.
Proficient with basic hand tools and construction equipment.
Strong physical stamina, able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Understanding of construction site safety protocols.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
