Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Lead projects from planning through closeout, including risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate across departments and coordinate internal/external resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Provide regular updates to management and escalate issues as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
Maintain and help improve processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle.
Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans.
Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
In-office scheduling requirements are determined by your supervisor and are subject to change at any time.
Additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in project management, business admin, information technology management, or another related field.
Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a project manager role.
PPM, PMP, or equivalent Certification preferred.
