Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee replacement door and window projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction management principles and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, adherence to timelines, and the ability to manage resources efficiently.

Duties

Lead and manage door and window replacement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with office staff, measure techs, management, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules.
Utilize project management software for tracking progress and managing documentation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.
Prepare construction estimates and budgets while managing costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
Proficiency in Cilio and Microsoft Office software is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with contract negotiation and management processes within the construction industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
