BrightCovers Patio Covers are manufactured in Cleveland and installed throughout Ohio and surrounding states.

Installations are completed by teams of three-to-four team members depending on size and complexity. Our team members are reliable and trusted experts in our field; we welcome your expertise to help advance our Company.

Installation Teams are provided a Company Vehicle, Trailer, Tools, Company Credit Card for Gas & Lodging, and per diems for any overnight travel.

Medical & 401k Plans are provided to eligible Employees.

Training Period is for the first 60 Days and starts at $22.00-$25.00+/hour based on experience. Overtime is very likely during Training, although not guaranteed. After the Training Period, compensation is Commission-based on a per job basis.

Projects are usually completed in one day or less (4-6 hours) within a 150-mile proximity to Cleveland, OH. Overnight travel is required based on routing and job location, especially during the winter season. We attempt to have our team members local as much as possible based on demand.

All candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle being driven and have a clean driving record, and must consent to and authorize the Company to obtain a driving record and/or motor vehicle record check. Additionally, candidates must meet the requirements to be covered under the Company’s vehicle insurance plan.
