About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our growing team. Multiple positions are available, including Foreman, Concrete Finishers, and Laborers.
The ideal candidates take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, work well independently and with a crew, and can deliver exceptional results on residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
– Prepare work areas by setting forms, grading, and ensuring proper site layout
– Place, level, and finish concrete for driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs, and decorative concrete projects
– Operate finishing tools and equipment such as trowels, screeds, floats, power trowels, and saws
– Apply textures, stamps, colors, and other decorative finishes as needed
– Assist with forming, pouring, finishing, sealing, and clean-up
– Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and project specifications
– Work efficiently to meet project timelines in various weather conditions
– Foreman candidates must be able to lead crews and manage job sites

Qualifications
– Concrete or construction experience preferred (position dependent)
– Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
– Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Ability to work early mornings and occasional extended hours

Bonus Qualifications
– Class A CDL
– Experience operating skid loaders, mini excavators, or compact equipment
– Decorative concrete experience
– Retaining walls, hardscapes, or landscaping experience
– Leadership experience for Foreman position

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start
Occasional weekends depending on workload
