Our client is a Wisconsin-based, 5th-generation, family-owned construction management firm with over $850M in annual revenue. Since 1892, they have built a reputation for taking on the “tough jobs” others avoid and delivering high-profile projects with excellence. They are seeking a strong Project Manager to help continue setting them apart in the market.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects from inception through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 30+ projects annually while supporting estimation and quoting efforts for 150+ projects
Oversee project budgets up to $30M and execute subcontracts/purchase orders up to $5M
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery across multiple clients
Lead and coordinate project teams including engineers, superintendents, and foremen
Serve as primary point of contact for owners and architects (change orders, meetings, updates)
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications
Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field), or equivalent experience
2–8+ years of construction experience across field and project management roles
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
PMP or similar certification preferred (not required)

Pay: $101,000.00 - $179,000.00 per year
