Overview

Aspen Springs Construction is hiring a Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial construction, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys building projects that last.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with a team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including framing, finish carpentry, installations, and repairs.

We also offer a 4-day workweek, giving you a 3-day weekend every week while maintaining full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and trim
Measure, cut, and assemble materials including wood, metal, and composites
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications
Travel to various job sites as required

Requirements / Qualifications:

Experience in carpentry or construction preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Ability to read basic blueprints and measurements
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Willingness and ability to travel to job sites as needed
