Project Managers provide managerial oversight for all phases of a project, including coordinating staff and materials, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Reports to client and/or relevant project contacts project status consistently with client communication expectations
Maintain 80% utilization average
Adopt PM software solution and maintain data in project boards
Track all project work and billable hours through daily and accurate timesheets
Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of the project and proper administration of estimates following a logical pattern for utilization of resources in order to complete all permits and licenses per contracted scope of work.
Carefully monitors project budgets to identify items above and beyond the scope of the original estimate and works in conjunction with the Director to develop Change Orders.
Selects and coordinates subcontractor work on various phases of the project.
Reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
Tracks construction schedule in conjunction with permit timeline; reviews and approves associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
Maintains current project status in Accelo, keeps portfolio current and accurate
Present project portfolio to leadership through regular board reviews, after action reports and profit/loss reviews
Maintains profitable project Profit and Loss Statement.
Other tasks as assigned.

Driving Requirements:All employees must have a good driving record and be eligible to be insured under Permit Place’s automobile insurance policy to drive a company car.

Physical Requirements: Due to the fact that an essential part of each workday requires the transporting of large plan documents, all employees in this position must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
