Senior Structural Project Manager

Celtic Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Project Manager to lead structural projects from planning through delivery. This role is responsible for technical direction, client coordination, and team execution across a range of projects, including complex and specialty structures.

Your Contributions to the Team

Lead structural projects from planning through execution, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Develop project approach, task planning, and workflows in coordination with the Engineer of Record (EOR)
Provide technical direction for structural analysis and design, including gravity and lateral systems
Serve as EOR when applicable, with responsibility for engineering decisions and deliverables
Identify project and technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate clearly with clients and internal leadership on progress, challenges, and key decisions
Mentor engineers and support their technical and professional development
Review and approve calculations, models, and drawings; enforce strong QA/QC practices

What You Bring

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (required)
10–20+ years of recent, full-time structural engineering experience in design consulting using U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, etc.)
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Florida PE or ability to obtain via comity within 6–12 months
Proficiency with structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, RISA-3D, or similar)
Strong understanding of construction methods and constructability
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and time management
Initiative and ownership in solving complex engineering problems
Effective communication skills, including client-facing interaction
Experience with international codes and standards is a plus

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
