The Dupps Company is a global leader in industrial rendering and processing solutions. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects, mentor engineering teams, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes from concept through completion.

What You’ll Do

Lead and deliver large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects on time and on budget
Provide technical, engineering, and project leadership across cross-functional teams
Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication of scope, expectations, and progress
Mentor and develop engineers and project managers; support performance and growth
Support business development through proposal review, project scoping, and customer meetings

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
10+ years of engineering and project management experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
Strong knowledge of project delivery, design, construction processes, and contract management
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work with senior leaders and clients
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Ability to travel up to 50%

Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
