Job Summary
We are Vermont’s largest and most experienced property restoration company, providing 24/7 emergency services for water, fire, mold, and construction needs. Locally owned and operated, we pride ourselves on rapid response, expert workmanship, and exceptional client care.

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead department teams, and implement systems for growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about team building, operational excellence, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across water mitigation, remediation, cleaning and construction services
Manage department heads and field teams with strong accountability and coaching
Oversee P&L performance, job costing, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks
Ensure customer satisfaction during 24/7 emergency response work
Collaborate with the Owner on business planning and execution

Requirements

5–10+ years in operations or general management, ideally in restoration, construction, or field service
Proven leadership of 30+ person teams
Familiarity with restoration claims, insurance, and job management software
IICRC certifications preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,735.71 - $95,251.61 per year
