Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, loading, and unloading of materials and components used in boiler fabrication
Support the welding and assembly teams by providing necessary tools and materials
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area in compliance with safety standards
Participate in inventory management and assist in tracking supplies
Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Engage in training and development opportunities to further skills and knowledge

Requirements

High school diploma or GED is preferred
No prior experience necessary; enthusiasm to learn is important
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a collaborative team
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
