Job Description: Middlebury Fencing is seeking an experienced and skilled Fence Foreman to join our dynamic team. The Fence Foreman will be responsible for overseeing fencing projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of fencing techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of fencing installers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers to schedule installations and manage resources effectively.
Oversee all aspects of fencing installations, including layout, excavation, post setting, and fence assembly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on every job site.
Train and mentor crew members to maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction with completed projects.
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fencing industry, with a strong background in installation techniques and materials.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to fencing installations.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in fencing installation is a plus.
