Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Grade Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and complete daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Manage project scheduling and coordinate tasks among team members to optimize workflow.
Utilize GPS equipment (Topcon)
Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and estimating.
Proficiency in GPS layout equipment (preferably Topcon)
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
