Job Overview

We are seeking one experienced Roof Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a seasoned roofer who is comfortable working independently, diagnosing issues, and completing residential repairs with minimal oversight.

Pay

$25–$40 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Perform residential roofing repairs and maintenance
Inspect roofs, identify issues, and recommend repair solutions
Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Travel throughout the Madison and Milwaukee metro areas
Communicate clearly with the office regarding job progress and findings

Requirements

Minimum 1+ years of roofing experience
Strong understanding of common roofing systems and repairs
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
Reliable transportation (own truck preferred)
Professional, dependable, and safety-minded

Preferred Qualifications

Own truck and roofing tools
Experience with repair-focused work rather than only new installs
Familiarity with Wisconsin weather and roofing conditions
