As one the area’s largest local technology companies, we have been servicing Nevada, New Mexico, and Montana for nearly 25 years. We are looking for a Project Management Assistant to grow our project management team with an organized, skilled, and self-motivated person. We are looking for a PMA to join our team and support the organization, while providing direct assistance to the Project Managers to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks

Works directly with entire PM team helping with administrative duties including:
Submittals
Drawings – As-builts
Job packages – Job Folders
Material Procurement
Schedules
Job Kickoff – Assist and develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Closeout meetings - Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful projects
Billing – Schedule of values
Proactively manage changes in project scope
Job update reporting
Test results
Other project administrative work
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion
Work within schedules and plans of operation for projects in close consultation with the Project Manager.

Skills Required

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task a must.
Excellent communication and leadership.
Proficient with the use of Microsoft programs
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have an obsession with details
Experience in project management or a similar support role within the construction, electrical, or low voltage contracting industry.
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must have great time management
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Must be able to travel

Skills Preferred

Knowledge of ProCore software.
Knowledge of BlueBeam.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
