About the Role

We are seeking a high-autonomy Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in an environment where they are trusted to manage their own desk without constant oversight. You will be responsible for keeping projects on track, ensuring all administrative requirements are met, and hitting critical milestones with precision.

What You’ll Do

Deadline Mastery: Take full ownership of project timelines, ensuring that every phase of the build stays on schedule.
Paperwork & Compliance: Manage all essential documentation, including permits, submittals, and daily logs, with high attention to detail and zero lag time.
Independent Execution: Demonstrate the ability to follow complex project instructions and solve problems in the field without needing constant supervision.
Administrative Accuracy: Ensure all project reporting, material tracking, and contract paperwork are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Operational Oversight: Coordinate labor and materials while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Minimal Supervision Required: We value managers who can take the reins of a project and drive it to completion without needing frequent check-ins.
Strong Documentation Skills: Highly organized approach to project filing, change orders, and daily reporting.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret blueprints, manage schedules, and communicate technical requirements clearly to field crews.
Accountability: A professional who takes personal responsibility for project outcomes and prides themselves on "getting it done."
