Program Coordinator - Fintech / SaaS

Location: In Office – Freeport, IL
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Program Coordinator - Fintech / SaaS to support a high visibility fintech initiative integrating payments directly into our billing platform.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in program coordination, operations, project support, or executive support who want hands-on exposure to fintech, SaaS platforms, payments, and product execution.

This is not an administrative assistant role. You will work closely with executive leadership, product, finance, and external vendors to help execute a company-defining platform initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate a cross-functional payments and billing platform initiative.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Maintain action-item trackers and execution dashboards.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and leadership follow-ups.
Support communication with fintech vendors and partners.
Organize pilot programs, testing, and rollout activities.
Maintain documentation, workflows, and process notes.
Ensure alignment across products, finance, and operations.

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Experience supporting projects, programs, or operations initiatives.
Comfortable working with executives and external partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, billing, or platform operations
Background in program coordination, project management, or operations
Interest in financial technology or platform businesses
