We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a leading manufacturer in KCMO. This role oversees warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, team leadership, and compliance with safety standards to support production and distribution goals. Anticipate $70,000-$80,000 base.

Responsibilities

Manage 3 team leaders and 15-25 hourly employees, including orientation, training, performance appraisals, and issue resolution.
Promote a zero-injury culture by enforcing safety policies, investigating incidents, and attending safety meetings.
Oversee daily operations: Scheduling personnel, inventory counts, audits, and work sequences for shipping/receiving.
Collect and analyze data for decision-making, manage payroll, and ensure policy compliance.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems and maintain efficiency standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
No specific certifications required, but safety training preferred.
5+ years supervisory experience in distribution/manufacturing.
Strong MS Office skills, including spreadsheets and data analysis.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle physical demands: Lift up to 100 lbs, work in loud environments.
