We’re looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter / Foreman who takes pride in quality work, communicates well, and enjoys leading a crew on high-end residential projects. We are specifically looking for someone with thorough experience in door and door hardware installation.

Responsibilities

Perform and oversee high-quality carpentry (rough framing through finish)
Lead and manage a crew on active job sites
Communicate clearly with the general contractor, project manager, and team
Solve problems proactively and keep projects on track
Maintain a clean, safe, and productive job site
Mentor apprentices and junior carpenters

Must Haves

5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience
Own a working smartphone (used daily for communication and plans)
Own a reliable set of carpentry tools
Experience installing: doors, door jambs, casing, baseboards, cabinets, and windows
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
Local to Santa Barbara or willing to relocate
