We’re Hiring! Project Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented professional with 1–3 years of experience looking to level up your project management career? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every detail matters?

Our Project Management team is looking for a Project Coordinator based on the West Coast (Greater LA area preferred) to support high-profile retail programs for one of our Fortune 100 clients.

In this role, you won’t just be "watching" from the sidelines—you’ll be owning critical workflows, managing logistics for major retail rollouts, and ensuring "Retail Readiness". You’ll report directly to a Senior Project Manager as part of a dedicated customer team, providing a great opportunity for mentorship and growth.

What you’ll do:

Coordinate: Support daily project workflows, manage internal documentation, and keep our communication channels running smoothly.
Execute: Take ownership of Visual Placement (VPP) forms and instruction sheets—ensuring our retail presence is flawless.
Manage Logistics: Oversee ocean freight and direct-to-store shipping, track costs, and manage the full lifecycle of replacement parts.
Audit: Step out of the office for occasional store visits and photo audits to see your work in the real world.

What we’re looking for:

1–3 years of experience (account coordination, client service, or project management).
A "no task too small" attitude—you’re as comfortable managing high-level shipping logs as you are labelling project folders.
Tech-savvy: Excel/Word are your best friends; Google Suite and Basecamp experience is a major plus.
Proactive & Curious: You don’t just follow a process; you want to understand how to improve it.
