The Role

You will be responsible for identifying and closing high-volume housing contracts across multiple sectors, including:

Energy & Oilfield: Providing rapid-deployment housing for remote crews.
Government & Disaster Relief: Supporting emergency infrastructure needs.
Agriculture: Housing seasonal workforces at scale.
Construction: Managing long-term stay solutions for major infrastructure projects.

What We’re Looking For

The "Grind" Mentality: You possess a relentless work ethic. You understand that big deals happen outside of standard business hours.
Road Warrior: You are willing to travel wherever the business takes you to meet clients face-to-face and close the deal.
Proven Closer: You have a track record of high-ticket B2B sales (experience in industrial, logistics, or housing sectors is a major plus).
Self-Starter: You don’t need a manager to tell you to pick up the phone. You find the lead, you build the relationship, and you sign the contract.
