We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to join a fast-growing organization in the architecture and engineering space. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll work closely with senior executives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives that support scalable growth. You’ll oversee operational systems, resource planning, and project delivery, ensuring the highest standards of performance across the studio. Key Responsibilities

Provide daily operational leadership to support organizational objectives and long-term strategic goals.
Act as a hands-on execution partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives from concept through completion.
Reinforce and uphold company policies, performance standards, and culture across the studio.
Develop, implement, and refine data-driven operational systems, processes, and strategies to improve efficiency and enable scalable growth.
Manage core operational platforms, including resource planning, project management, accounting, and billing systems.
Monitor and balance team workloads to ensure optimal utilization, productivity, and timely project delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements that support sustainable growth.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
6+ years of hands-on operations and project management experience.
Prior experience in architecture, design, or related professional services industry preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing firm environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual base salary: $175,000–$250,000, based on experience.
Performance bonus up to 10%, plus potential discretionary bonuses.
