POSITION: Lead Mover / Lead Installer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mover / Lead Installer to oversee moving and installation projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines technical skill, organization, and professionalism while working with high-end furniture, fine art, and luxury installations.

You will serve as the point person on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate moving crews on residential, commercial, and resort projects
Serve as primary on-site contact for clients and internal teams
Safely handle, install, and position high-end furniture, artwork, and fragile items
Plan load-outs, truck organization, and job-site workflow
Operate company vehicles and ensure proper loading/unloading procedures
Train and mentor movers on best practices and safety standards
Perform furniture assembly, art hanging, and light carpentry as required
Complete daily work orders, job notes, and documentation accurately
Ensure job sites remain clean, protected, and professional at all times

Qualifications

3+ years experience in moving, installation, or logistics
Proven leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Ability to lift 65–85 lbs regularly
Valid Driver’s License (CDL would be subject to higher rate)
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Experience handling high-end furnishings, fragile items, and fine artwork
Ability to remain calm, organized, and detail-focused under pressure

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $28– $33, based on experience, leadership level, and qualifications
Schedule: Weekday, daytime hours
