Title: Commercial Roofing Service Foreman-Buffalo

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

5+ years of roofing production or service supervision experience

Service Operations

Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements.
Investigate and diagnose roof leaks, documenting findings accurately.
Perform and oversee high-quality repairs across multiple roof systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-Up, Modified Bitumen, and Coatings.
Prepare and communicate detailed cost estimates for small-scope repairs.
Manage daily job reporting and ensure accurate time and material documentation.

Customer Service & Communication

Serve as a trusted representative for clients, addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and office staff.
Document all service visits, findings, and recommendations using company software.

Qualifications

Commercial roofing experience (BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope systems).
Proven ability to diagnose and repair leaks effectively.
Experience leading and training small teams in the field.
Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
Excellent communication with both customers and coworkers.
Must adhere to safety and OSHA standards.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
Ability to travel locally as required.
