Project Manager- Packaging Technician (REMOTE)

Position Summary:

Coordinate and support multiple projects focused on the transition and management of packaging materials and related documentation.
Assist in driving project milestones, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and internal procedures.
Contribute to implementation, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage project phases, timelines, and deliverables for packaging-related initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment across functions such as engineering, laboratory, procurement, quality, regulatory, and IT.
Assist in developing procedures, templates, and work instructions to support documentation and process.
Track progress, report status, and escalate issues for decision-making.
Maintain resource allocation reports and dashboards.
Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and internal quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:

3-5 years of experience leading or supporting packaging projects in a regulated industry (medical device, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similar).
Proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ERP), Microsoft 365 applications, and basic project management tools.

Soft Skills::

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Analytical approach with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
