Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to lead our roofing team in various new construction and re-roof projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing and be proficient in leadership, communication and multitasking abilities. This role requires having a variety of roofing knowledge in EPDM, TPO, BUR, PVC, etc.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew to ensure efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
Oversee projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Perform hands-on tasks such as framing carpentry, caulking, welding, and installation as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Train new employees on proper techniques and safety protocols within the workplace.
Collaborate with project managers to plan work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders regarding project updates and expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of remodeling techniques, roofing systems, caulking methods, welding practices and frame carpentry.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor as required on job sites.
Fluent in English and Spanish. This is not required but is recommended.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
