Role Overview: As a pivotal figure within our operations, you will steer the execution of high-end architectural sheet metal projects. This role demands a strategic mind capable of juggling multiple project timelines, with a sharp focus on delivering excellence within budgetary and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategically plan and oversee construction phases to guarantee project milestones are achieved.

· Assess project requirements, including manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient allocation within budget limits.

· Lead a project team towards successful project execution, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

· Facilitate seamless communication across stakeholders, including team members, subcontractors, clients, and design partners.

· Serve as the primary senior-level liaison, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

· Proactively manage project documentation, compliance, and financials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

· Champion the procurement process, from material selection to pricing, ensuring project needs are met promptly.

· Direct project close-out procedures, ensuring all deliverables, including punch lists, warranty documentation, and as-built drawings, are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 3 years' experience in sheet metal construction, specifically with wall panels and roofing.

· Demonstrated prowess in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery from inception to completion.

· Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.

· A commitment to deadlines, detail, and quality.

· Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.

· A history of strong work ethic and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software is essential.
