Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, interior design, and project management, with proficiency in advanced design software and project scheduling. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects, including renovations and new constructions, while collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Duties

Lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client specifications and regulatory standards.
Develop detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools to ensure timely delivery of all phases.
Manage project budgets, including construction estimating and value engineering measures.
Coordinate with clients during negotiations, contract development, and scope adjustments to meet project goals.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting, modeling, and visualization.
Oversee construction management activities including site visits, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards.
Facilitate business development efforts by preparing proposals and maintaining client relationships.
Collaborate with architects and engineering consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.
Manage contracts and procurement processes related to architectural services and construction materials.

Requirements

Proven experience in architecture or construction management with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Skilled in cost estimating, budgeting, negotiation, and contract management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes including renovation projects and interior design integration.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
Demonstrated business development capabilities with a track record of client engagement.
Effective communication skills for project coordination and team leadership.
A degree in Architecture or related field; licensure preferred but not mandatory. Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
