Are you ready to shape the future of outdoor surfacing while leading high-impact construction projects? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team and drive excellence in project delivery!

What You'll Do:

Drive innovation in construction project management
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of construction professionals
Orchestrate multiple projects with budgets and timelines
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
Shape our project delivery strategy
Contribute to business growth through strategic input

What You Bring:

10+ years of construction project management expertise
Proven leadership experience (3+ years minimum)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields
Track record of successful large-scale project delivery
Strong technical knowledge and software proficiency
PMP certification (preferred)
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
