Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hardscape Supervisor to lead our Hardscape team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for Hardscape design, and a commitment to quality work. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining high standards of landscaping and groundskeeping. As well as managing a small crew of guys.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of Hardscapers in various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
Oversee the installation and maintenance of landscape features, including Retaining Walls, Patios, Fences and more.
Plan and coordinate daily tasks for the crew, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
Train team members on proper techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any maintenance issues as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in Hardscape , with a focus on supervisory roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of Hardscape design principles, Retaining Wall installation, Layout of jobs and patio installation.
Ability to build relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license required for transportation between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
