Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise our concrete crews on a variety of commercial projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead concrete crews on commercial projects
Plan and schedule daily work assignments
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
Provide hands-on support as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of concrete finishing, forming, and placement techniques
Familiarity with government/commercial construction projects preferred
Valid driver’s license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
